Pickled Pork
Ingredients
- WM Meats Pickled Pork
- 2 tablespoons brown malt vinegar
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 6 cups water (approx)
Method
- Place pork, vinegar, bay leaves, pepper and brown sugar into slow cooker add water- just enough to cover the pork
- Cook, lid on, on low for 8 hours
- Remove pork from liquid and stand for 10 minutes before slicing
- Serve with mashed potatoes & vegetables
